What We Collect
When you subscribe via Whop, we receive your name, email address and TradingView username. Whop processes your billing and payment information directly — we do not receive or store your card details. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager to collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, pricing interactions and FAQ engagement. Analytics data is loaded only after you accept cookies via our consent banner.
How We Use Your Data
Email address: to send subscription confirmations, product updates, feature announcements and occasional educational content. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email. TradingView username: to grant and manage access to invite-only Pine Script indicators. Analytics data: to improve the website, understand which indicators and content are most valued, and optimise the user experience.
Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your data under UK GDPR on the following bases: Contract — your email and TradingView username are necessary to deliver the subscription service. Legitimate interest — analytics data helps us improve our products. Consent — marketing emails and analytics cookies require your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Third-Party Services
We use: Whop (subscription management and payment processing), TradingView (indicator delivery), Google Analytics (anonymised site analytics, post-consent), and Google AdSense (advertising, post-consent). Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any unlisted party.
Cookies
Our consent banner allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Essential cookies store your consent preference only. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after acceptance. No cookies are required to browse indicator pages or pricing.
International Transfers
Some services (Google, Whop) may transfer data outside the UK, protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by UK GDPR.
Data Retention
Subscriber data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months for accounting. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to: access personal data we hold; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
