Service Description
ICT Edge Indicators provides TradingView indicators delivered as Pine Script invite-only scripts. Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to the indicators included in your plan tier (Starter, Pro, or Elite) for as long as your subscription is active. Indicators are technical analysis tools based on Inner Circle Trader (ICT) concepts and are provided for educational and analytical purposes only.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are processed and managed through Whop. Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. You can cancel at any time through your Whop dashboard; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual subscribers may request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are available on monthly plans once the billing cycle has begun. Whop's terms of service apply to all payment and subscription management.

We are not registered financial advisors, investment advisors, or broker-dealers in any jurisdiction. Acceptable Use
You may not: share your TradingView access credentials with others; redistribute, copy, or resell our indicator code; attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the Pine Script source code; use the indicators in any automated trading system for commercial resale; or misrepresent your affiliation with ICT Edge Indicators.
Limitation of Liability
Indicators are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about trading performance, profitability, or suitability for your purposes. The presence of a technical pattern does not guarantee price will react as expected. We are not liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or damages of any kind incurred from using our tools. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the most recent billing period.
Intellectual Property
All indicator code, website content, branding, and educational materials are the property of Anthony D Johnson / EPICFIX LTD. Your subscription grants a personal licence to use the indicators — not ownership of the underlying code.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
