Client-Side Processing

All tools process data locally in your browser using JavaScript. We have no access to your files, text, passwords, images, PDFs, invoices or any data you enter. No data is uploaded to any server. The Currency Converter fetches exchange rates from the Frankfurter API (European Central Bank data) — only the currency pair is sent, no personal information.

Limitation of Liability

All tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Specifically: the PDF Merger may not support all PDF formats or features (encrypted PDFs, complex forms, embedded media); the Image Compressor provides approximate compression and quality may vary; the Currency Converter displays indicative mid-market rates from the ECB which should not be used for financial transactions — actual rates from banks and brokers will differ; the Invoice Generator creates basic templates and does not ensure VAT compliance — consult an accountant for invoicing requirements; the Password Generator uses your browser's cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues) but you should verify password strength independently.

We accept no liability for any loss, damage, corrupted files, or inaccurate output arising from the use of any tool.

Acceptable Use

You may use these tools for personal or commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, systematically download, or redistribute the tools or their underlying code. You may not use the tools for any unlawful purpose or attempt to overload the site with automated requests.

Third-Party APIs

The Currency Converter uses the Frankfurter API, which sources rates from the European Central Bank. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party API data. If an external API is temporarily unavailable, the affected tool may not function until service is restored.

Intellectual Property

All site content, code, design and branding are the property of Anthony D Johnson. Tool outputs (merged PDFs, compressed images, QR codes, passwords, invoices) are yours to use freely.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
